This rather awful photo shows an end player station with a player handout under glass. This is what the game table looks like at 3:47 am, after 26 hours of gaming with Dr. Thunder.

We caulked all of the table joints, so that it would have a more "finished" look. This was a pain, as I just wanted to play on the table by the time it was taking final shape. However, after all of this work, we wanted the thing to look good. I sometimes think about applying more decorative features, such as rivots, bolts and the like... maybe someday.
