Phann - the Wilder Magic

Phann - A completely untamed school of magic, Phann is considered raw and barbaric, relying upon will, chance, emotion, and luck for effect. Utilizing components of the land to bridge the gap into the Fey world, Phann creates spectacular, and often surprising results. Any race can perform Phann, and it is the most common form of Fey practiced in the Discovered Lands. Enchanted weapons and items cannot usually be created with this wild magic.
