Overview of the Agyrian Calendar |
|
The first 11 months have 30 days, while the last (Akawl)
has but 27 days. Therefore, the Agyrian calendar recognizes
a 357 day year. It is said that when Mordain murdered
his father Aggran, three days were lost from the calendar
at the end of Akawl, when the terrible act was thought
to have occured.
The days of the week are commonly known as: Jarridiem,
Voyadath, Thiessar, Raludon, Alkhath, Tothatt, and Moorad,
and are named after several of the Gods.
