Welcome to the forum-based role-playing game Adventures in Agyris (AIA)! Our setting is Agyris - World of the Bell which is also known as just plain Agyris (Uh-GEAR-iss), or most commonly Gyr (GEAR).

The impetus for creating Adventures in Agyris was Agyris.net. It is one of the most impressive RPG fantasy worlds on the Web today. It remains an invaluable resource for many Explorers and GMs; providing a vast amount of fascinating, inspiring, and helpful information and illustrations.

AIA Explorers are typically not interested in lengthy rules, tables of statistics, or even dice. We play for the pure fun of taking on a fascinating persona in this world of innumerable wonders. We are mutually dependent storytellers who trust each other to play fairly and play well. AIA GMs act as guides and referees. Explorers and GMs alike strive to create intriguing characters and exciting plots. With each new post, we give to one another the gift of an engaging piece of fiction. These carefully wrought stories should not be hastily read, but thoroughly savored and well enjoyed by all.
